Universal Music México informa que RHYTHMS DEL MUNDO se venderá en México a partir de noviembre (fecha exacta por confirmar) y será de fabricación local, respetando la presentación original en papel reciclado.

Se confirma el titulo del nuevo album recopilatorio de U2, se llamara “U218 Singles” e incluira 16 de las canciones mas conocidas de la banda mas dos tracks nuevos producidos por Rick Rubin en los Estudios Abbey Road el mes pasado. Incluye un Bonus CD en Vivo en edicion limitada… y hay un DVD en camino.

Aun no se conoce el track list de “U218 Singles” pero el Bonus CD en Vivo incluira 10 canciones del Vertigo Tour en Milan, mientras que el “best of” DVD es una coleccion de videos del “U218 Singles”.

El primero de los nuevos tracks es The Saints Are Coming, cancion de The Skids, grabada en colaboracion con Green Day y que sera lanzada como sencillo mas tarde este mes.

‘U218 Singles’…
.. is the title of the single disc ‘best of’ coming in just a few weeks. Featuring 16 of the band’s best known songs, ‘U218 Singles’ also includes two new tracks produced by Rick Rubin at Abbey Road Studios last month. A limited edition bonus live CD comes with it… and a DVD’s on the way too.

Still waiting to hear about the tracklisting on ‘U218 Singles’ but the bonus live CD will feature 10 songs from the Vertigo Tour stop in Milan last year while the ‘best of’ DVD is a collection of videos from ‘U218 Singles’.

The first of the two new tracks is the collaboration with Green Day on The Skidsí ‘The Saints Are Coming’, released as a single later this month.
