Universal Music México informa que U2360º AT THE ROSE BOWL disponible en México a partir del 7 de Junio.

U2360º AT THE ROSE BOWL fue el penúltimo concierto de la gira que promociona al álbum más reciente del grupo, NO LINE ON THE HORIZON. Este concierto fue el más grande de la banda en 2009 y la presentación de U2 en EE.UU. más grande con una audiencia de más de 97.000 asistentes.

El espectáculo fue también transmitido a los siete continentes a través de YouTube; la primera transmisión en vivo de un concierto completo en estadio, y que tuvo más de 10 millones de visitas en el canal en una semana.

Rodado en su totalidad en alta definición, el concierto fue filmado con 27 cámaras y dirigido por Tom Krueger, quien previamente había trabajado en U23D, la primera película en 3D de un concierto, filmado durante la gira Vertigo

MTV EMAs 09

U2 se presentará frente a la Puerta de Brandemburgo el próximo 5 de noviembre, como parte de la 16ª entrega de los MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA) Como preludio de las celebraciones por la caída del Muro en Berlín, U2 regresará a la ciudad para una actuación gratuita que será transmitida como parte de esta entrega de premios.

Paul McGuinness, Manager de U2, comentó al respecto: “Estar ahí será emocionante, 20 años casi día por día desde la caída del muro. Sin duda será divertido“.

Los boletos para asistir al concierto, titulado MTV EMAs present U2 at the Brandenburg Gate, fueron entregados de manera gratuita y estuvieron disponibles registrándose en www.u2.com o en www.mtvema.com desde las 9 de la mañana del miércoles 28 de octubre de 2009.
